Ingredients:
Premade Sugar Cookie Dough (enough for a dozen cookies)
¼ Cup of Fresh Winter Sweetz Grapefruit Juice
Zest from 1 Winter Sweetz Grapefruit
½ Cup of Powdered Sugar
Red or Pink Food Coloring
Directions:
Bake sugar cookies as directed and let them completely cool. In a bowl, whisk powdered sugar and grapefruit juice together until you get the desired consistency for the frosting. Mix in a small drop of food coloring for a light pink color. Add in zest and mix. Fill the frosting inside of a plastic bag or piping bag and frost cookies however you like.
