For Filling

• 1-1/2 Cups of Sugar
• 3/4 Cup Grapefruit Juice
• 1/2 Cup of Flour
• 1-1/2 Tablespoons Grapefruit Zest
• 5 Eggs
• 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda

For Toppings

• Crust Scraps
• 2 Tablespoons of Cold Butter
• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 1/4 Cup of Flour
