Citrus Green Energizer Smoothie
- 1 Winter Sweetz Texas Red Grapefruit
- 1 Orange
- 2 Bananas
- A big handful of spinach
- Half a cup of your choice of milk
Remove peels from orange, grapefruit and bananas, then cut each into halves for easy blending. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to adjust as needed to your desired consistency.
*** Extra Tip! Add a few spoonfuls of your favorite yogurt for additional protein and thicker consistency.
